Animals must be paid for in full prior to shipping or on collection. Payment can be by cash or direct bank transfer.
Livestock can be collected in person. For shipment of live animals we can accept only written orders. Unless other written arrangements has been made. International orders are shipped by air freight. If there is no fault of the transport company, we guarantee live arrival of the animals in Europe. This also applies to international shipments by air, except during frost (below 0 ° C) or very high temperatures (above 30 ° C).
I only sell animals according to my knowledge and awareness have no diseases. The sex determination according to the best knowledge and insights that can not be guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your animals, you must contact me within 24 hours of taking delivery and I will either replace them, or refund your money if stock is unavailable. For any later subsequent losses, or disease, we do not take responsibility after the receipt of the animals. The freightage for a replacement delivery / or return shipment has to be paid by the customer.
As numbers may be limited on some species I will operate an order list without taking deposits. However, a 20-30% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the order. In some cases we require larger deposits (such as long time reservation or large orders,..). Orders with deposits will be met first. Deposits are only refundable, if I cannot meet your order.
Discounts are available on certain species to trade customers or for large orders. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.
The contractual relationship between Schmidt Jürgen and the customer be governed by Austrian law. All disputes arising from the contractual relationship shall be settled by the Commercial Court of Linz or, in case of proceedings at district-court level, by the Linz District Court for Commercial Matters. |
